Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I built the Project Morpheus wonder and everything was fine, it looked very cool with the spinning section on top with the swirling blue glow that looks like an eye. I come back later and the swirling blue glow that looks like an eye has, for want of a better description, fallen off the top of the wonder and is now laying on the floor next to it.

Can you replicate the issue?
Probably? that would take playing a new game long enough to research and build the thing though.

Yes I am getting the same issue here: Morpheus Wonder keeps dropping it’s eye from the tower and it sticks on the base of the tower, so you have this empty circle spinning on top and this blue eye on the ground blinking at you. The trigger for this seems to be a disaster at the location of the tower. Definitely in a dust storm and meteor storm.
