PS4 Pro - menu system annoying

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Menu system since 1.03 cannot retain focus on anything. Cursor unlocks itself from the menu you're using & you have to press R2 again to go back in. This affects live menu on the right hande side of the screen. Changing the range of drone hubs - every time you increase or decrease the range it goes out of the menu & you have to press R2, go back to the range, change the range, & then press R2 again, etc etc. You can't look at the luxury status of residents in a dome because when you go to the menu, it loses the lock & you have to R2 & go down to luxury again. Doesn't stick for more than a second or 2, especially on the fastest speed. Rest of the patch was amazing, this makes the game almost unplayable.
Also, please fix the way the game uploads every auto save to the cloud (same issue as Tropico 5 on PS4). Having to go in & delete 3gb of autosave files on a regular basis is barmy.
Can you replicate the issue?
100% of the time - just play the game. New game doesn't make a difference. The more you build, the worse it gets. Pausing the game seems to help, but having to pause the game every time you want to look at a menu is also annoying.
