Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Concrete nodes are appearing underground instead of on the surface when sectors are scanned. Not sure where I was when this happened, only just noticed. Overworld screenshot is the top underground concrete with no visible deposit.

Also a drone I had on a ship that returned from a resources planet anomaly spawned in the Underground for some reason, resulting in it being in a place I can't retrieve it from due to it being either out of bounds or up on a wall. Can't tell which since I can't get to where it is - it's the faint light spot in the top right of the attached underground screenshot. I do not believe I changed maps when the ship was landing, I was busy building a bunch of windmills and reassigning the ship's drones when the orphaned drone notice popped up.

Possibly related, I'm also having drones vanish from my RC Commander which is underground. Wondering if they're maybe phasing out of existence, since I haven't noticed extra drones on my drone hubs or complaining of being orphaned.

Can you replicate the issue?
It's happened a few times, but I don't know what triggers it.

I have underground concrete deposits in inaccessible zones too.

I've had this happen a couple more times in that save. It seems to occur when a sector finishes scanning an area with a concrete deposit while you're on the underground map. So the concrete deposits don't seem to be respecting the map changes.
