I have had a rocket stuck on mars for probably 400+ sols now, it has the fuel, rare metals and tourists and has the green "take-off in progress" note. The launch button is gray as it would be if it was taking off but it sits there and collects tourists without ever leaving. Another rocket recently did this and has fuel, rare metals and 106 tourist and won't take off either. I'm unable to salvage the rockets or send it to a planetary anomaly. I can change the priority, disable exports, enable automated mode, and open the tourist reward overview. Not exactly sure what causes it.
