Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I do not use mods.
After installing the update/dlc, when starting a new game, upon entering mars' atmosphere I am unable to land my rocket to begin playing. In fact, none of the keys work either for accessing the menu or other options. The game is literally stuck with me looking at the Martian surface. Stuff still occurs in game, i.e. when doing the spheres mystery, it appeared on the map after me staring at the screen for a minute or two, meteors will land and so on. I am able to use the mouse to move around the screen but cannot interact with anything.
I reloaded pre dlc saves and they seem to allow me to interact with things so I'm figuring the issue is with something introduced with the new mechanics.
I've read this has occurred elsewhere with others and that concerns me that this may be some sort of issue with the DLC as a whole.

I was really looking forward to playing this DLC as I am a HUGE fan of this game. On XBOX I have the most hours spent on my FL and have put over 17 hours in total into playing. I really hope this dlc wasn't 20 dollars down the drain and can quickly be resolved.

Can you replicate the issue?
Easily, just by trying to start a new game.

We have reports of this on the Windows 10 store edition, is that what you have?

If so, what DLCs do you have please?

I think so, I bought it technically through the XBOX pc app. but i think its connected to the windows 10 store. I have the folllowing dlcs:
* Mysteries resupply Pack
* Green Planet (NOT PLUS)
* Space race
*Project Laka
* Colony Design
* Below and Beyond
* Marsvision song contest

side note: someone else mentioned it may be a conflict with green planet and below+beyond. Im gonna uninstall green planet to see if new dlc works
addendum: Looks like those two dlc conflict somehow on windows 10 store. the issue only appears with both dlcs

now that's interesting. if u don't have b&b yet experience this issue it may be connected with the store or an update. its been playing fine tho without green planet. so perhaps an update recently put out has caused green planet to have issues. all the other dlc (aside from the music one) is installed and runs fine together for me.

I have the same problem with the windows 10 store version of the game. I have Green Planet Plus, Space Race, and Mysteries Resupply DLCs (and not B&B). It's very annoying, at least the people on other platforms can play the game.
