Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After starting a new map and scanning a few sectors, I discovered a sector with 107 surface polymers. Later, I discovered another sector with 58 surface polymers.

Prior to installing BB, surface polymer levels were something like 10% of this.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, start a new game and scan sectors until you find polymers.

I have the same issue too. PS4 Pro with SM Season Pass.

Same here.

While the number of surface polymer deposits appears to be the same as before, the quantity of each deposit is around 10 times higher than it was before the patch
Surface polymers used to give around 1-6 polymers per rock, now they give 10-60 per rock.

This is in a new game, post patch, without mods. On PC. I do not own Below And Beyond.
