unable to delete hospital and tunnels disappear during construction switching maps

What DLC do you have installed?
Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond, Stellaris Dome Set, Marsvision Song Contest, Colony Design Set, Project Laika, In-Dome Buildings Pack
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
unable to delete hospital in upper left dome on attached file, when you move maps between asteroid and mars after hitting delete, and if you move map before it is done the building is impossible to delete as seen here, problem is due to switching maps causes error, also have a problem with the tunnels disappearing when i switch to asteroids when they are being constructed the vanish or sometimes end up on the cave map
Can you replicate the issue?
yes construct a tunnel and when it is being buil switch maps and will disappear, delete hospital then switch maps and it wont ever get deleted have to restart from last save to fix
