Tag switching during Subjugation war makes vassalization impossible

Description​

I played a timurids to persia to eranshahr, tag switched between persia and Eranshahr during a subjugation war against Baluchistan. now I cannot click Vassalization of Baluchistan due to Persia not wanting.

Steps to reproduce​

1- Tag switch from Timurids to Persia
2- Run the chain events to switch to Zoroastrian
3- Use estate demands to gain a subjugation casus belli against Baluchistan
4- Attack Baluchistan under the Subjugation CB
5- Mid war switch by event from Persia to Eranshahr
6- Try to select Vassalize Baluchistan in the Peace Deal.
