Just recently acquired terraforming tech and built a two stations in of my sectors to try it out. Upon completion of stations "all" sectors stopped contributing their strategic resources to the empire. Therefore the terraformers and all other special building requiring them ceased to function. Removing the terraformers did not fix the issue.


Edit: Removing terraformers and reloading game "did" fix the issue. Still, currently unable to terraform in sectors.

Further Bug?) Giving a system that contains an observation post to a sector prohibits you from being able to set policy on the observation post. The Sector assumes ownership of the post so you can no longer uplift/infiltrate, etc.
