So I'm into my 7th game with C.O.R.E. 0.30. And for the seventh time, Japan has declared war on the U.S. (followed shortly by the other allies) in early, instead of late 1941. While I'll agree that this should be a possibility, having it happen every time is a bit much. Every time so far it has happened between mid January and late Feb. 1941.

How is JAP doing in CHI? That may be driving the early DOW. And are you still playing 0.30 for real? 0.31 has been out for awhile and while it shouldn't do much for this issue it is an improvement.
