2 I turned off the firewall and antivirus
3. launched the game as administrator
4. turned off autosave
5. I deleted all game files in the documents and uploaded only the save.
6. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it.
7. I have up-to-date graphics card drivers.

The game shuts down at the same place on a particular save.
