Will the discovery of the Holy Lance - the spear that pierced Christ's side as he hung on the Cross – be handled as an important event in CK?

What about the rest of the relics? Perhaps you could find a piece of the True Cross(tm) while in the Holy Land, or even the Holy Grail  That ought to give a big prestige boost!

Prestige and a morale boost for the armies…Let’s not forget that the Crusaders carried the Holy Lance as/on a standard at the head of the troops; very successfully, I might add…

If so, then we must have all of the weird ones in as well that were pawned about in the time period...like the diapers of the Christchild and Mary's breast milk.

Unfortunately there isnt enough information on the game to answer your question. Might want to post it over at the Snowball forums, Sergei may answer, normally, if he can, he will answer questions directly.

Other then that, as you can see from the replies prior to mine all you will get here are speculations, hopes, and wishes.

If you post over there and get a direct answer post a link for those of us who only visit the official game forum and dont surf to snowballs boards, unless there is an update from Sergei on the Snowball forum.

Theologically speaking the quest for the Grail is pointless. The Holy Grail is coveted because it allegedly contains the blood of Christ. But, every Sunday (in the Catholic and Orthodox traditions) during the Liturgy, the wine and the bread are transubstantiated into, respectively, the body and the blood of Christ. So, why inconsolably look for something that can be found simply by walking into a church. Of course, for some people, the quest is more important than the object of the quest.

As for Doc…your anal and oral fixations, although intriguing from a psychopathological point of view, can be successfully surpassed by a healthy sex life.:D :D

By 'healthy' you mean... :p :D

It was not the Holy Lance. Just a holy lance. After the battle of Antioch it was sent to Constantinople where it 'disapeared'. Why ? Because there was already a well authenticated Holy Lance stored in the city.

"It was not the Holy Lance. Just a holy lance."

If the lance discoverd by Peter Bartholomew in St. Peter's Cathedral in Antioch was a fake, then why would you call it "holy"?:p
