The new emperor quest bug?

Hi.
I conquered all lands but nothing happens, questline is stuck. Tried different languages, same result. Also, no narrator in russian version.


upd. No problem with the new emperor quest. It was a castle near the wall captured by picts in early game. But still lack of vioce for quests and events in russian version.

The Russian version is a semi-localized version, which means that it is subtitled considering the videos and there is no Russian voice-over on the quests and events either.
