I'm aware, but I'm just a simple king that knows nothing about writing and explaining (gains trait slothful and deceitful)

For real; Just take a look yourself, there is alot that looks like vanilla, but is just renamed.

A lot of it is the same as vanilla game. However there are some key differences. First thing you will notice is that there is no technological progress. Partly because of that you will also see your small council has different tasks that they can do, like train children or improve holding. If you save up enough money you can upgrade your holdings which gives you huge increase in tax and levies but you have to send your castellan there and wait for him to improve it.

If you have way of life, you can send carousing invites to all your subjects with a simple decision. Be prepared to click OK a lot though.

There is also a new "liege loyalists" faction, it's a great way to keep track of your most loyal vassals, and these are the guys who will fully back you in war.

You also have to know about the mega-war system. If a rebellion occurs, your vassals will get to decide if they are going to back you in war, stay neutral, or in some cases back the rebels. If you choose to back your liege you join the war on their side and remain their vassal. If you choose to stay neutral you do not enter the war and until the war is over or you decide to join the war you gain sort of independence. I say sort of, because you will join your liege's realm when the war is over, however it's a bit buggy since it seems that you can swear fealty to another kingdom while you are neutral in a rebellion and stay under the new liege without any repercussions. If you choose to rebel, make sure you are ready to face the consequences shall the rebellion fail. (Execution, loss of titles, banishment, etc.). This all basically means you have to be as nice as possible with your vassals because if shit goes down and they have a negative opinion of you you will not get their men, or worse you can get Robb'd.

You can tame a dragon by sending men, with your ruler in command to any location where there are wild dragons and try to tame it (You can also discover certain "Missing" characters that way if you know where they are hiding). Be aware that unless you are a Targ, or at have Valyrian culture it's almost impossible to tame a dragon. There is a list of traits that help online if you google it. However if you do become a dragon rider you can be completely OP as you can use a "Dragon conquest" CB on anyone.

Always pay up your debts with the iron bank. They will send someone to overthrow you with huge numbers if you don't.

Religion's don't really have that much of significance but are very limiting at the moment. Old Gods and faith of the seven are part of the same religion group but you won't be getting any faith of the seven vassals by asking them nicely unless you are the same religion. Marriages work OK between Old gods and FoTS but any other religion is going to block any offer you make, no matter what.
Ironborn can sail through the Riverlands straight to King's landing. You need old gods though I think.
The Old Gods may sound cool but they don't really have anything in terms of religion mechanics. Where's if you follow R'hllor you can sacrifice people for various bonuses.

High personal combat skill doesn't mean you will always win in a duel, or in a trial by combat. So save often.

Honestly just play it, there's some new mechanics but nothing too complicated.

I think the mega war system only applies (If you're the top liege) as an empire level title. I noticed in my save as Qarth that it was only after I made the Empire of Qarth that vassals could decide to join me or not.

Why is my post still being rated as helpful

A good starting run might be as the Reach in one of the later starts. You're the biggest out of the Seven Kingdoms, you're family has plenty of competent people in it and is quite large, you can field the most knights out of any of the kingdoms, and the Hightowers and Redwines both hold very useful dutchies and are quite loyal. The only house that has a chance of being an immediate issue, the Florents, can also be immediately crushed.
