Yes. I have modded alone from 2007 to late 2008, 49h helping me with graphics. Then in late 2008, 49h took the head of the mod while I am the one helping. But I must say I have dedicated a lot of time to this otherwise it wouldn't have been possible.

Somebody mentioned above something like split provinces. Are you reshaping the map ? Splitting up some provs and merging others ?
