I have a problem. When I put my mouse over a reigon or army, instead of waiting for a couple of seconds, the tooltip box comes up right away. Im not sure what I did or how it happened. Help would be appreciated.

There's one instant tooltip and - on some occasions - an extension of that tooltip if you wait a few seconds...
So what's you problem anyway?
