Hello on some events the tool tips that appear on mouse over are not showing. For example the Jominian Attitude vs Clausewitzian Theory event, when I mouse over it I get an empty box. Its hard to choose if I don't know what they do. I am playing on Victoria Revolutions 2.01 from Impulse.

Some history on this issue: those choices did not have player options in the original Vicky; the choice was made randomly. They added a new tech that gave the player the ability to choose but its only immediate effect is to set an internal flag which doesn't show any tooltip. They unfortunately didn't add event text describing the choices in detail.
