Total income is not calculated correctly

Description​

When I exceed my domain limit without my spouse on Manage Domain and I switch to something else and back again my monthly income is lower than it is supposed to. This effects the price of activities, decisions etc that is based of monthly income.
Saving and loading fixes the issue, but monthly income tick does not.

Steps to reproduce​

Maximize your domain limit with your spouse on Manage Domain (needs to be skilled enough to make a difference), switch to something else then back again. Observe that monthly income is lower with Manage Domain than without.
