Tournament contest went on after opponent yielded

Description​

In a tournament grappling contest finale, my opponent was a craven and wanted to yield due to fearing me. I accepted, but instead of ending, the match immediately had one more round as if the yield had not happened. My opponent won that round and thus the contest, with my character lamenting his defeat. However, in the effects screen after the tournament it showed as if I had won due to the yield: my character gained the accomplished grappler modifier and got the prize for the contest.

Steps to reproduce​

I was unable to reproduce this, as I couldn't get the same opponent and thus the same event. I would guess that forcing the yield-event to fire could show this again.
