Description​

I got treaty port in China as Netherlands. At some point, Han minority rebelled which was crushed by me. After this the province is no longer treaty port.

Steps to reproduce​

Get treaty port, make the minority living there revolt, crush the revolt

I believe the treaty port status is also lost if the state gets transferred at any point, whether through treaty or conquest
