Trembling screen

This issue is no big deal, but sometimes when I'm playing HOI 2 my screen begins to tremble, this is particulary noticeable when reading words since they are all shaky.

I dunno if anyone also has this problem but it would be nice if there was a fix for this or atleast if you guys could help me find what is making this nuisance.

Well I think i've fix this, I've changed my base resolution from 1920*1080 to 1280*720 and so far it was really smooth.
