Description​

As in summary. Figuira Barony in Niani County starts with Temple holding, so it is now impossible to own all 3 Mali gold mines without creating custom religion which allows you to hold temple holdings. To add to this, it's tribal county with tribal ruler, who is not a King, so he cannot even have the court event to construct holdings. No that event possibility should matter, as temple is there from the start, but tribal Duke having constructed temple holding is even more opposed to rules. It basically ruined one of my favourite starting positions.

Steps to reproduce​

Start game as any ruler. Check County of Niani. This is the case for both 867 and 1066 start
