Im in 1942 with Germany. Vichy joined the Axis. I moved several Vichy forces. Ear and attack Cueta, which is now owned and defended by the UK. I win the combat and then the UK division is left in place and my troops break off combat and stand around. Why can't I take this province from the UK? Thanks, Steve
 
If you click the province you'll see that there are no land connections from Casablanca or Marrakech. If you want to take Ceuta you'll either have to invade or ally Spain or use paras to take Ceuta or Gibraltar
