Trying to remember

I have come back to HOI after several years. I remember one mod had a feature. If USSR defeated by Germany, sometime after 1945 areas of Poland and Ukraine were settled and converted to German providences. I cannot remember which mod and it does not seem to be in WIF or Edge of Darkness.

It's Edge of Darkness, you gain cores after a few years.
