Gentlemen,
As I noted in another section of this site, Florence conquered Piza in 1406, gaining access to its port, Porto Pisano. I have also read that they bought the port of Leghorn from the Genovese in 1421. Would it be possible to make a change in the next incarnation of the ICG to reflect this information? (The source is "The House of Medici: Its Rise and Fall," by Christopher Hibbert)

there is no use to post it again because that igc people is active and reads most threads but i agree that they should have a port.

I believe that Pisa by the end of the 14th century had fallen on hard times. The city's port had silted up and was no longer usable for deep shipping. Trade suffered as merchants mved elsewhere. It was during this time that it became easy pickings for an up and coming Florence. So perhaps it's not unrealistic that Tuscany has no port in the game.

Everycountry wich is next to the shore has a harbour, there is not a singe exeption from this. maby they doesnt have such a big port but i really belive that the house of medici would buy something better then wath spain brought for it 100th colony in central america
