Currently my crown authority is medium, but nevertheless my vassals have fought with each other a couple of times. Didn't happen previously, but no I've seen it with the new patch.
I discovered a plot with one backer, and was trying to ask her to stop backing it (honestly hoping for a refusal so i could imprison her), but I can't demand her to stop it! The button is greyed out.
