My personal opinion on this is that I don't think there should be any special name. I always thought that it was silly in CIV for a country to be ruled for thousands of years by the same person. In EU, I consider myself as playing a country, not an individual. But feel free to disagree ;).

Ah, but you haven't played my new mod to EU, Surreal EU. The player represents a vampire, thusly living for centuries, who has progressively "infected" the leaders of a country.

Normal victory conditions do not apply. The best measure of success is via the diplomatic relations screen. If your country shows the dark, dark red (-200) toward itself, then you are doing well...

OK, mayby a bit of an exaggeration on my part :D

Anyway I wanted to show that if he can attack me for standing behind my viewpoints, I could certainly attak him for NOT doing so.
Just hope he realizes that his way is definitly not the only (and mayby even not be the best) way...
