Tyranny issues

I'm playing as the custom ruler of the Trident before the invasion of Aegon, I'm independent but sometimes when i load the game I get the "-100 opinion because of Tyranny" Is this a bug? This happened to me too when I was playing as the king of the Reach

Are you using any submods? If not, could you please upload a save game where this is repeatable?

Yeah, I was using some sub-mods but since I deleted the Weapons and armours mod the game don't spawn tyranny anymore

Pretty sure that submod is massively out of date
