"Steigert die regionale Effizienz auf 25 % für 8 Runden."

Actual Result​

The tooltip for culture force "Lokale Reformen" (local reforms?) says

"Steigert die regionale Effizienz um 125 % für 8 Runden.",

meaning that the local efficiency would be increased by +125% to a total of 225% for 8 turns.

Steps to reproduce​

In the options, change the language to German.
Just hover the mouse pointer over the icon for the culture force "Lokale Reformen" (local reforms?).
