Summary​

[UI] [Requirement] Add info to age entry screen

Expected Result​

The age entry screen informs the player about the number of players that already entered the age ("Our nation is the first/second/etc. nation to enter this age.")
Furthermore, if the nation is the first nation to enter the age, it informs about the +10 innovation bonus that comes as a reward with this.

Actual Result​

Both infos are not on the age entry screen.

Steps to reproduce​

Enter some new age, once as first player and once not as first player.
