Description​

The Proposal of the Ulema agenda item wanted to convert an entire trade node to their religion. However, Guaranteed Dhimmi Autonomy is enabled. Additionally, there are 12+ Hindu provinces. And at last, not all provinces are owned by the nation. That's a lot of work in the year 1510, and the reward is +1% mission strength, which seems lackluster.
