I've been having trouble with getting programs to work, and I was wondering if this is a bug or just something I'm doing wrong. Every time I start the programs 'General Education Qualification' or 'Carpentry Apprenticeship,' the programs will finish and then nothing will happen. It will not be completed or counted towards the prisoners passing or failing. It's as if the program never took place. A detail I noticed is that the line resembling whether the program is finished or not won't be full, which might contribute to the problem, but I've tried troubleshooting for days and haven't been able to fix the problem. I have provided a picture of what I am talking about, and also a picture of my Regime just in case I need to change anything there.
