What determines this Unchristian opinion? I'm playing the current version as count of buchan and I'm getting this for my wife, who is christian and traits don't seem bad and I'm not all that pious either with my cynical trait.

That's one of the opinion modifiers applied by one of the vanilla events in rumors_events.txt, I believe. The "lack of piety" chain, if I'm not mistaken.
