I, for whatever reason, need to uninstall victoria manually from my hdd. I have already delete vic from the registry completely, but there are other files that need to be deleted. Does anyone happen to have a complete file list documenting the location of each file that victoria has installed. What I need to do is reinstall victoria, but the setup program is malfunct.

However, if you've already removed the registry keys, then I think all you'd need to do is manually delete whatever Victoria files remain on your hard drive. That should resolve the issue.
You might want to refer to Castellon's guide on the registry issue here to make sure you've got everything removed.
