So recently I got to thinking: How feasible would it be to incorporate a set of events whereby, if the Iron Throne is ever in a marriage alliance with a ruler of an independent kingdom of Westeros, the latter kingdom has the chance to peacefully submit itself to becoming a vassal of the IT? The event that inspired the idea is obviously the marriage of Prince Maron Martell and the original Daenerys Targaryen that cemented Dorne's eventual submission, but would it be possible for it to happen to any kingdom in Westeros that made a marriage link to the Targs (or whoever's ruling the IT otherwise) in the course of regular gameplay?

It's possible to code something like this, it just need to be balanced.

Hmm, yeah, i agree.

it really annoys me that you can't peacefully add dorne into the iron throne via marriage alliance like happened in canon
that, and the fact it's way too easy to take it by war.
