Units no longer upgrading?

In a '36 campaign with Germany ,all of a sudden my units can no longer upgrade or at least the percentages don't show up in the statistics page. The upgrade-slider however does display the need for upgrades. August 1940 with no TC problems,plenty of IC to spare and I haven't checked (or better unchecked) the button that disables upgrades in the unit screen. What to do? Or is this a bug? :confused:

Never mind, I just now read the post from Paule earlier. As long as the units still upgrade it's not that big an issue... :rolleyes:
