University Tooltip states you have upgraded your education even when you haven't

Description​

Complete a normal university activity and at the end you get a breakdown of the rewards you get upon completion and a book. Except - the tooltip sometimes states you have upgraded your education and succeeded in that intention. Only you haven't. The tooltip lies.

And it was closed despite myself also noticing this issue. It could be a localization error im unsure but I am aware that there is a chance to fail upgrading your education. This is about the completion tooltip saying your education has been upgraded when it hasnt.

Steps to reproduce​

Go to university. Sucessfully gain the education trait upgrade and finish the activity. Afterwards nothing changed.

Thanks for insisting. That is what i also noticed. Either the tooltip ist wrong or the trait was not granted as promised.

I think the closure of @Graffie 's linked first report was a misunderstanding: QA likely thought it refered to the descriptive activity panel you get before starting (the pic @TinyTinny posted in his responded hints to that), while the bug report was about getting a notification at the end of the activity saying that the trait was gained.

I would recommend to enrich the report with screenshots and if possible even a savegame (this might help avoid further confusion and also helps QA people doing there thing)

I also just encountered this issue, tooltip stated I had earned the Virtuoso Arbiter education trait but I remained with Grey Eminence.

Just popping in to say I also have had this bug. You still get perkpoints etc but not an upgraded trait as the activity would state.

Same problem here. Happened to me twice by now that the tooltip at the end of the university visit announced a 5 star education without getting the trait, only perk points.

But it worth to say that I had succeed in the updating the education trait once, so the description of the bug maybe that tooltip says you have upgraded your education trait regardless of the real outcome
