Unsure if 1.2 Arma patch is running

Hi,

I purchased HOI DD and DD Armageddon last night, from Gamersgate.

I installed HOI DD, followed by DD Arma, both to F:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\Doomsdayand then installed Arma 1.2 patch.

I'm running a Acer Veriton 7600G, Pentium 4 2.8 gh hyperthreaded, 1 gig of RAM, windows XP (5.1 Build 2600) all current service packs and windows updates, and have direct X v. 9.0 c. Video Card is NVidia Geforce 7300GT, Audigy 2 Soundcard.

However when I start DD Arma I've noticed in the top right hand corner it says Doomsday Armageddon v1.0 VBLV.

I've downloaded the patch again and installed into the Doomsday folder, and the installer seems to be successful, but as per the above version info on the main game screen it would appear it hasn't?

The game runs, and Doomsday, Armageddon, and Abyss scenario's are present.

the only thing I've done differently, is that I only realised after purchasing DD that it came with HOI2. So after I installed DD and Arma and installed (so I thought) the 1.2 Arma patch, I removed my existing HOI2 which I've owned since it came out. This shouldn't affect anything though should it, being a completely separate program?

Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong, and how to correct it, so I can install the latest patch before I play in earnest.

VBLV is the correct checksum for a functioning v1.2 install.

As a double-check... when you play a game, see if the Partisan Activity in annexed provinces slowly DROPS instead of rising... this functionality was introduced in the v1.2 patch.

All appears OK now, I just reinstalled the patch again, and it's now showing 1.2 when I load the game.
