I can't update my mod without deleting and uploading a new one. Whenever I fetch the mods info from the workshop it says mod not found. Will create a new mod. It has the correct id number and everything. What is wrong here?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Make sure the name you give for the mod on steam is the same you give in the .mod file. Had that problem as well after i changed the title of my mod...

How do I update my mod when it says my mod is found? It's just making an entirely new mod with the same name instead of updating the previously existing one with the same name. The Fetch Info button confirms that there's a mod in the workshop with the same name.
Just completely lost on what to do...
EDIT: It just decided to work after I tried again some time later... (After trying 3 times and having to delete new mods... I'm not really sure what just happened).

Yeah it's sketchy, a lot of people seems to have trouble with it. Also the name in the file and the name on steam have to be identical, even though there is the ID. 
Yeah, its annoying, noticed a typo in the name of one of my mods = reupping as new mod.
Make sure you don't subscribe to your own mod, either. Pretty sure that makes it a little upset.
