its november 1939, i play as Germany - historiecal way - and was checking US-building-queue in my save-game... and it seems like they do not build any kind of naval-units...

ai military = { - entry gives the correct percentage-numbers for each naval-typ but they only build factories, air-wings, airfields and so on...

i added a lot of ships manually in their building-queue - but maybe a little late for the japanese attack...

has anybody else recongnised this happening? and if yes - where could be the reason?

i need a strong and challanging us, which forces back the japanese and overrun africa and italy - so that i could fight them back out of Germany and Europe in desperation and success...

Well it is now 1938 in my game, US is in allies, and have only been fighting against Japan.

Its been how many years since pearl habour and Japan appears to be fully in control of asia....the AI is horrible at naval battles and amphibious landings.

In my Japan game the US build almost exclusively naval units. When I stopped, they had 20+ carriers and 30+ BBs.
They also had Samoa, Puerto Rico and The Azores..
