What is the point of being able to place roads while creating a park asset? Is it possible to link them up to roads while playing the game, or are they just cosmetic?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It's simply an additional option you get. They should be working properly and are no cosmetics.
