1) v.1.0.0 [9b5a]: Transports don't upgrade

2) Wwhen new warp drives are researched transports for assault armies don't upgrade their warp drives. Neither do they show up on the ship designer to do it manually. Landing all troops and embarking them again does not help. Enterint the ship designer with all troops embarked/on a planet does not help either.

5) Didn't know what to write here since it is kind of constantly the case.

Well you can't upgrade mining/research stations, spaceports or outposts with better shields/armor either. It would be nice if you could make them a little tougher as time passes and tech improves. They'd cost more to build of course then.

So technically I don't think this is a bug, it's just a missing feature.
