I have loaded Stellaris on Steam, I have tried again and again to run it but I get the C++ redistributible error. It tells me that I cannot load vc-runtimeMinimum-x86.msi unless I have it in the folder. I have spent two days attempting to fix this error, I am at my wits end. Is there any fix known to man that will allow Stellaris to run on my Ryzen 1700 Windows 10 Pro system?

I've never come across that exact error before. But if you see the VC++ error in our launcher, that is a generic message that shows when the game does not start from the launcher, regardless of the actual cause.
Has this game ever worked on this machine? Or never yet?
What happens when you run stellaris.exe directly from File Explorer?
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .
