[Very Minor] Getting a Stag Feather in the event Plucked from the Sky

Description​

Instead of passing Hawk to create_artifact_bird_feather_effect it seems to pass Stag instead. Weirdly enough, it is only the artifact title, not the description.

Steps to reproduce​

Go on a falconry hunt and have the event hunt.5050 Plucked from the Sky (Falcon snatched).
