At some point during the game in debug mode, the game turned off and the option to start the game was blocked in the launcher. I tried to reinstall it, but this resulted in a disk write error that only occurred with Victoria 3, so it looks like a problem with the game, not my disk or Steam. Please help, thank you in advance!

The game installation process is entirely run by Steam - the game can't cause that as it is not there yet!
