Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When pressing “play” to start the game there is a very brief delay and then a crash before even a loading screen appears. Followed by a “Paradox crash reporter” pop up.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Launch the game on Mac

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Note: Problem does not exist when trying to reproduce on windows partition of the exact same machine

Have the exact same problem. Once I choose country and start the game it instantly crashes. Older IMac, 3,4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2 GB. MacOS Catalina v 10.15.7
