Crusader problems

I don´t know how common this problem is, but it still is very annoying.
Loyalty is diminishing among my vassals even though my king is crusader(trait) and is only using personal fief forces. Forces not led by king in person is autogranting conqured fief/province to commander.

I think all of that is WAD.

There is a thread explaining that using character commaning your troops will allow them to create title in muslims land.

And if your BB is very high, or if you put scutage to max, your vassals' loyalty will drop.

Feel free to convince me there is a new bug here, though.

check your bb, scutage, check if you have an able chancellor

point on where it says how loyal your vassals are and see the change structure. report if you see anything weird.
