Regiment size - random changes?

I think it´s a bug, so let me explain and you guys tell me...

As Prince of Antioch I had 2 counties. I went to war with Tripoli, sent my 1200-men army (about 800 from Alexandretta), won the war and disbanded the army. When I looked at the green bar besides the little soldier icon in Alexandretta I saw that the regiment was only 450 big, with the bar almost full. Somehow I managed to reduce the max. regiment size from there.

After looking more carefully from time to time, I noticed that the green bar would sometimes go back to 50% of its size, just to change again to 100% right in front of my eyes. Never got 800 men from Alexandretta again.

And another thing...you guys have probably realized by now that the ´goto´ button from news outside your realm will often take you to the top/left extreme of screen. In the same game it always happened when the news were related to Baltic countries or North Africa.

And I am using 1.02. Cheers.

You didnt noticed a change in the income of the province when your regiments shrinked?

The regiment size is dependant on the income of the province.

Now that you mention, a thieves guild showed up, what reduces income in 25% (but not 50%). What else could reduce income by another 25% or so?

If you have a liege he might take more scutage from you and that will reduce the size of your regiments. To see how much scutage you pay to your liege just look at the bottom of the economic screen it's called "duty to liege".
