Anyone who can test some executables for me during workhours, and who got the swedish release of the game.

I need someone external with a non-beta cd to test multiplayer problems with.

Thanks for putting your time into this Johan! Us multiplayer freaks really appriciate it!

With that said, I could help you during Swedish working hours, but I unfortunately don't have a Swedish version installed.

How about a non-Swedish person whose after-hours co-incides with your working hours? Australia leaps to mind ...

Mind you I haven't received the released game yet.
 
I still have not recieved a single email from anyone with a swedish cd.

I guess the interest in MP is not that big afterall.

I got two guys now who tested.. And it worked fine for them...

However, nothing has been changed from the 1.03MP which also worked fine for me.

So i definitely need some people who HAD problems with the 1.03MP.

Do you think this may be an issue with the NA patch then?

Because we've got a 100% failure rate with 1.03MP. Well, I'll test it again right now and see - Maybe SF posted the wrong patch again.

Anyone want to test this with me right now? I tried patching from 1.00 to the 1.03 patch on Strategy First (I assume this is 1.03 MP, as there is no 1.03-MP listed).

I'll (shame, shame) burn a copy of the CD and test it with one of my other machines otherwise..

The regular 1.03 crashes in MP, I've confirmed that and reproduced it and fixed in the 1.03MP.. (Check what it says at top of screen.)
 
Sorry, I confused myself. I thought that you were claiming the v1.03 up on Strategy First was working multiplayer, but it's only the Swedish v1.03-MP which has the fix.

From the sounds of your test, it seems like the Swedish v1.03-MP is working, so we're only really waiting for a NA version of it getting posted by SF or Paradox.

Sigh. Maybe I shouldn't post while tired. Apologies all.
