War "Icon's" Are Always in Front of the Character Window

The small character icon's that line up at the bottom of the screen are always on top (you know the ones that you click on and bring up the war name and participants). If you find yourself in several different conflicts (eight in my case) they cover up the button's to assign a job for your court chaplin.

dont forget to mention you play on a resolution of 320x240

1024X768? Hardly relevant considering the solution: the character window coming to the forefront when in use.

It would still be a problem for higher resolutions given enough conflict.
